SUCCESS STORIES

"Keshawn has helped me become a better player and better person. Working with him in my early years of college we were in the gym 2-3 times a day in the summer. Not only did he elevate my skills and my game but he really helped pull out a different kind of confidence and dog that I didn’t know I could tap into. I am so grateful to have had Keshawn in my life and helping me become the player I am today"

In my time training with key, I’ve not only become a better basketball player, but a better person. He helps me in every aspect of my life and I’m so glad I get to have a mentor that is like a brother to me. When I made JV as a junior in high school, a lot of people turned their head at me and laughed at the idea of me playing college basketball. Not Keshawn. He continued to push me harder than ever to help me achieve my dreams. When I signed to a college this spring, I remembered all the work we had put in. I couldn’t have done it without him. Keshawn Liggins is the real deal, and I can’t wait to continue growing in life through his example.

Having you in my life didn’t only change my mindset of basketball but as a men. My success and motivation has been extremely motivating by you being there for me as a Trainer/ Brother.  The way you pushed me motivated me on what it takes to be a professional and how much harder I had to work to continue to develop my game. A lot of people never knew my potential but a few you always told me and gave me opportunities no matter what time or the day it was. Having someone that guides you not only with words but action is amazing. Not only basketball but weights getting me prepared with strength and keeping my mental strong. When I tore my Achilles I remember when you told me I would be there every step of the way toward your recovery. You have been there for me since day 1 of surgery and prepared me to be in the position I am now. Having a trainer is not only for money you showed me it’s to build connections relationships and a family to people. As long as I play basketball and continue to develop my strength and skills I’ll be working with adversity athletes.
